WHITE MAN STILL SPEAKS WITH 'FORKED TONGUE'

George Dubya Bush is a man of his word. There is no question about that in my mind. He is a man of many words. The problem is he doesn't understand what he is saying so the opposite gets done.

I suspect he is a bit 'slow' to say the least. He says 'Peace' but he means 'War', he says 'Decrease troops' but means 'Increase troops'. I'm not a psychologist, but there must be a name for this 'condition'. Until a cure is found for this, millions of people will continue to suffer.
